Celeste Toomey is a paralegal at Carico Johnson Toomey. For 10 years, Ms. Toomey has served as a corporate paralegal working with business owners, shareholders and directors in formation of all types of business entities including corporations, LLCs and partnership as well as mergers and dissolutions of entities. Ms. Toomey also works closely with the attorneys in preparation of various shareholder, buy-sell and operating agreements. Additionally she prepares annual shareholder and director resolutions as well as documents for government compliance and corporate maintenance.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Toomey served as a program management assistant at Northrop Gruman, where she worked on the Peacekeeper Missile program assisting the programming manager with cost, scheduling analysis, and interfacing with customers.

She also has experience working at TRW Space where she was a business administrator in the Defense Department and worked on various projects including interfacing with engineers and project management in cost control and budgeting, manpower analysis, schedule control and cost/schedule variance explanations. Additionally, Ms. Toomey supported the materials process engineering department in cost control, budgeting, manpower analysis, costs and schedule variance, interface with IT departments and management for staffing on various projects.

Ms. Toomey obtained her MBA from Pepperdine University and her B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. She also has an AA degree in Paralegal Studies from El Camino College.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Toomey plays an active role in her community and is involved in church and school organizations, including campaign treasurer for past City Councilman and Mayor in Redondo Beach over a twelve-year period.
