Heather Sickles is a paralegal in Carico Johnson Toomey’s trust and estates department with more than five years experience working with trust and estates administration and litigation.

As part of the trust and estates team, Ms. Sickles assists Carico Johnson Toomey’s attorneys with a full range of trust and estates administration and litigation tasks, some of which include the preparation and filing of probate and trust petitions, supplements to petitions, notices of hearing, inventory and appraisals, notices of ruling and orders. She is also primarily responsible for overseeing the organization of all materials for Trial.

In addition, Ms. Sickles is in charge of all calendaring for the trust and estates department at Carico Johnson Toomey. She also works closely with the Probate Attorneys at Court to answer questions and help facilitate the progress of cases.

A member of the firm since 2003, Ms. Sickles previously worked in administration and received her undergraduate degree from California State University Northridge.
