Ms. Kim began her career as a tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP specializing in tax compliance for multi-national companies, privately-owned organizations, and investment partnerships.

Ms. Kim received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Sandra R. Klein in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and for the Honorable Richard L. Fruin, Jr. of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Additionally, she is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in Political Economy of Industrial Societies.

Ms. Kim has full professional fluency in Korean. She is a member of the Korean American Bar Association, Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA), and is on the planning committee of the WLALA Young Lawyers Section.
